  • Review of Adult Social Care in Luton. Working with the Senior Leadership Team to identify improvements and efficiencies

  • Leading on the co-design of a Vision for Adult Social Care in Bristol

  • Design and delivery co-design workshops, and other engagement activity to redesign Adult Social Care Services in Luton, Southampton and Bristol

  • Conducted citizen engagement with individuals accessing Day Opportunities and Supported Living in Nottingham City and Bristol City

  • Lead on User Engagement and Research as part of a Digital Enablement Strategy and Business Case for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

  • Developed a Target Operating Model for workforce planning for a private sector health organisation

  • Secured support for a substantial investment in services for children who are looked after in Hampshire – providing the vision for the developments, leading on writing the business case, securing senior organisational support for the investment, and developing the programme to deliver the changes

  • Designed and led on an Expert by Experience Researcher project – training children who are in care to design and conduct research with their peers

  • Conducted a review of children’s service Front Door in Hampshire leading to the implementation of over 30 recommendations

  • Designed and developed WorkGuru a not-for-profit psychologically informed online stress management intervention designed to increase workplace resilience and reduce stress.

  • Conducted an independent review for a Mental Health Trust on serious incident reviewes and family engagement following a death

  • Worked with a social sector organisation to roll out evidence based supported employment services nationally for wounded, injured and sick Military veterans. This involved developing the evidence base and working with the organisation to deliver a large-scale improvement programme

  • Developed the suicide prevention strategy for the Isle of Wight. This included conducting a literature review, the engagement of all stakeholders, running consultation events and developing an action plan to support the strategy
