About Me
I am committed to improving the lives of people who draw on health and social care services. I do this by combining my extensive service design knowledge, my ability to engage sensitively with people who draw on care and support, my experience of conducting academic level research, with my creative thinking and a systems approach to provide solutions to complex problems

Understanding the behaviours, needs and motivations of people that draw on services through a range of methods including ethnographic activity (site visits), questionnaires, in-depth interviews, day-in-the-life-of (DILO), studies and focus group/workshops. Research & Data Analytics
Using data to provide service and system level insights to inform strategy development and service (re-)design. Experienced in conducting literature reviews, meta-analysis and randomised controlled trials with papers published in high-impact peer review journals
Service (Re-)Design
Leading on the design, implementation and review of a range of services using service design methods including lean (systems thinking and six sigma), solution focused approach, rapid improvement events, appreciate enquiry and experience-based design. Committed to the principles and practice of co-design - designing services and interventions alongside the people who use them
